COMPUTER AIDED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY (CACSS), PSA CAMSUR’S ENTRY IN 2019 PSA INNOVATION SUMMIT
CSS Clemente S. Manaog presented PSA Camarines Sur’s entry, Computer-Aided Customer Satisfaction Survey (CACSS), to the 2019 PSA Innovation Summit held at the Heritage Hotel Manila, Pasay City on June 21-22, 2019.
PSA Camarines Sur envisioned thru this project to bridge the feedback response gap. Through CACSS, the survey results can be known on shorter period, complaints can be checked on a daily basis, and management’s response can be timely implemented. Aside from that, the results of the survey can be accessed and monitored anytime, anywhere, thru mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
